    Hey Euan,

I am really sorry for the issue you had. We tried to run different games and they worked fine with audio. Can you please pass on your game links so we can check? Also were clap, sad etc audio worked for you? Did you tried to play any song or video to make sure device is connected to audio device?

    Thanks,

I'm having a similar issue.  I can hear the sounds as the presenter, but the players in zoom can't hear them.
My screen shows all the sound effects active, except the sound button which is crossed out.  I can't change that.

    Hey Christin,

It seems you have issue related to zoom not with TriviaMaker. Can you try the fix mentioned in https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/common-problems-with-zoom-and-how-to-fix-them

    Thanks,

Thank you so much for your responce.  However, my music problem is not in Zoom.  I dont have sound at all and the speaker ico has a line through it as if it is turned off.  I can't figure out how to turn it back on.

    Hey Debra,

Well that icon doesn't mean that it has no sound, it means mute the sound. I tried to play your game and I can hear the sound in presenter as well.

    Thanks,
