    I have paid for premium and have the account. I am trying to upload a family Feud quiz using the excel template but it only loads TWO questions rather than the whole lot.

    Hey Dave,

    I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. 

    Can you please make sure there is no additional space in CSV file? Also are you using the same template file we provided?

    Is it possible for you to provide csv file so we can take a look?
