Yeah right now there are only 4 teams on the scoreboard, so it's best to try and split your group in to teams and encourage some team spirit! There are no limits on number of games. Thanks!
so even in premium there can only be 4 players maximum? that's very disappointing and means there's no point in upgrading as i can't really use it for what we're doing. is there a plan to extend it any time soon? I don't see a technical reason why it would be a hard cap.
my second question wasn't about how many games but rather how many different categories, say in a game of jeopardy, i see there's a difference between free/premium but i wanted to know the limit for premium.
Hi Matute, yeah for now it's 4 teams max (more would clog up the interface) but we're actually working on the ability to add 50 teams. However, we've found that finding a way to put people in to teams like by gender or last name creates a fun sense of team work. It also makes the game be more fun and run more smoothly and quickly.
Since our app isn't designed for people to play on their own devices, it's designed to be basically a presenting tool for hosting a game show. If you want people to play on their own devices, I would recommend Kahoot.
Lastly, in GRID games, premium accounts can have 6 different categories instead of 4. Here is a link to the features of the upgraded plan.

I don't understand how that would work. For example if we're 1 host and 10 people playing the quiz via zoom/skype and we split them into lets say 4 teams, how do they deliberate? you can't have 10 people on skype talking at the same time, it's technically not possible and it would be an absolute mess if it was.
Hi Malute, if you use Zoom, you have the option to split them up in to "break out rooms" where they go in their own room and discuss the question and then come right back to the main room.
You can also do things like have whoever thinks they know (on that team) raise their hand and you pick just one to call on.
Or you can just look through who is there and pick one person randomly.
Or (AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE) you can use the "chat" feature and have every person on that team write A, B, C, or D, in the chat, and if there are only 5 people who write an answer, you can easily tell which answer most picked, so you as the host select that one.
Lastly, there is also the "poll the audience" feature in Zoom.
is there a max number of players and/or questions/categories for premium members
